This quiz is run by one person. This page describes exactly what it collects, why, who else sees it, and how to have it erased.
Ivan (NISUDA), an independent practitioner based in Saitama, Japan. For anything on this page — including a request to delete your data — write to ivan@nisuda.com. I answer these myself.
Your answers stay in your browser until you enter your email: if you close the tab before that step, none of them were ever sent and there is nothing to delete. While you take the quiz the site does send anonymous "someone reached this screen" pings, which carry no email and nothing you answered — see the last row below. There is no account, no login, and no advertising tracker on this site.

| Just take the quiz and leave | A daily count of anonymous events — how many people reached which screen. Each ping carries a temporary session id so repeat events can be counted correctly, but the id is discarded on arrival: all that is written down is a running per-day total per screen. No profile is built. |
Your IP address and browser user-agent are not stored with your quiz record.
The quiz asks how you react, what you avoid, and where you feel it in your body. Taken together those answers describe your psychological state. That makes them special category data under Article 9 of the UK and EU GDPR, and 要配慮個人情報 — special care-required personal information — under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information. They are handled accordingly:
If you are in the UK or EU, the legal basis is your explicit consent, given when you enter your email to continue. You may withdraw it at any time, and withdrawal does not affect anything already done. If you are in Japan, the purposes listed here are the notified purposes of use, and your data is not used beyond them.
Nothing is sold, rented, or traded. Nothing is shared with anyone beyond the services above, except where the law requires it. These providers operate internationally, so your data may be processed outside Japan, the UK, or the EEA — including in the United States. They are engaged under their standard data-processing terms.
You can ask me to show you what I hold, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. One message to ivan@nisuda.com is enough — no form, no justification required. I aim to act within 30 days.
To stop the emails without writing to me, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of them. It takes one click and needs no reply.
If you are in the UK or EEA and think I have handled your data badly, you may also complain to your national data-protection authority.
This site sets no advertising or marketing cookies. Your progress through the quiz is held in your own browser's storage so a refresh doesn't lose it — that stays on your device. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie for security. Typefaces are served from this site itself, so no font provider ever sees you. The Cal.com booking calendar loads from Cal.com on the results screen and may set its own cookies at that point.

This quiz is intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
The short version. Nothing is sent until you enter your email. Your answers are treated as sensitive, never sold, never fed to an AI, and delete themselves after 120 days. One click stops the emails. Ask me to delete anything and it's gone.
