Plain terms for a free tool, and one section near the top that matters more than the rest.
The quiz is a self-reflection tool. It is not medical treatment, not psychiatric care, not a diagnosis, and not a psychological assessment. It does not detect, screen for, or rule out any condition. No result it produces is a clinical finding, and none of it should be shown to anyone as though it were one.
It is not a validated psychometric instrument. It has not been standardised, normed, or clinically trialled. What it does is hold up a structured mirror — it takes your own answers and reflects them back through a model and a set of fictional characters. The recognition, where it happens, is yours. The quiz supplies the frame, not the verdict.
Nothing here replaces care from a doctor, psychiatrist, or licensed clinician in your own country. If you are already under someone's care, treat this as something you might mention to them, not something that stands in for them.
This is not an emergency service. Nothing on this site is monitored. Nobody reads your answers as you submit them, no alert is raised by anything you enter, and a reply to an email may take days.
If you are in crisis, or thinking about harming yourself or anyone else, stop reading this and contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country now.
Adults. You must be 18 or over to use the quiz or to give me your email address.
It assumes you are in ordinary working order and curious about a pattern you already half-recognise. If you are in acute distress, in the middle of a crisis, or newly bereaved, this is the wrong week for it. The material is designed to be uncomfortable in a useful way, and "useful" depends on you having the ground under you to stand on.
At any question, for any reason, with no explanation. Closing the tab is a complete and valid way to end it. Nothing follows you, nothing is owed, and nothing is sent if you leave before the email step.
If a question lands harder than expected, that is a signal to stop, not to push through. This tool has no practitioner in the room and no way to notice you are struggling. That judgement is entirely yours to make.
If you enter your email and finish, you get the workbook, then a short series of follow-up notes about the work. Each one carries a one-click unsubscribe, and replying "stop" also works. Unsubscribing ends every remaining email, including the ninety-day one.
What is collected, why, and how long it is kept is set out in the Privacy Policy.
The quiz reads what you gave it. Answer as you wish you were and it will describe someone who does not exist; the result is only as honest as the input. A result is a hypothesis to test against your own life, not a fact about you. Where it fits, use it. Where it doesn't, discard it — you are the authority on your own experience, and a disagreement between you and the quiz is not evidence that you are in denial.
The quiz — its questions, scoring, written analysis, character mappings, and the workbook — is mine. You are welcome to use it for yourself, screenshot your own result, and share that result wherever you like. What you may not do is copy the question set, the analysis text, or the character database to build something of your own, or resell or republish the workbook.

Don't attack it, scrape it, or automate against it; don't try to reach other people's results; don't feed it someone else's email address. It is a free tool that one person pays for.
The quiz is free and offered as it is. I may change it, rewrite it, or take it down without notice, and I don't promise it stays available or that a link keeps working. Your saved result expires on its own — see the Privacy Policy for how long.
What you do after reading a result is yours. Decisions about your health, relationships, work, or money are yours to make, and they warrant more than a free quiz — ideally a professional who knows your situation.
I built this carefully and I stand behind the thinking in it. What I can't do is guarantee an outcome, so here is plainly where my responsibility stops.
The quiz is provided as it is, without warranty. I make no promise that it is accurate for you, that it is available, or that using it produces any particular result — and I am not liable for decisions you take, or don't take, as a consequence of it.
Where the law allows a limit, my total liability for anything arising out of your use of this free tool is limited to the fullest extent permitted. I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost income, lost opportunity, or loss caused by a third-party platform failing.
None of this limits liability for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including consumer rights you hold that cannot be signed away.
Booking is a separate arrangement, made through Cal.com and governed by its own terms — see nisuda.com/terms. Nothing on this page describes what a paid session is or what it costs.
These terms are governed by the law of Japan, and the courts of Japan have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer somewhere with protections that cannot be contracted away, you keep those — nothing here removes a right your own country gives you.
If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes with them.

The short version. A structured mirror, not a diagnosis, and not an emergency service. Adults only. Stop whenever you want. The result is a hypothesis, not a verdict — you're the authority on your own life.
